Members will have access to training services during this 30-day period or when they would like to re-activate or resume their training membership.<\/li>\n<li>No refunds will be issued for partial months within the cancellation period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Code of Conduct<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during training sessions and interactions with coaches and other members.<\/li>\n<li>Disruptive behavior, harassment, or failure to follow training guidelines may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Liability Waiver<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Members acknowledge the inherent risks associated with basketball training and agree to participate at their own risk as stated in the liability waiver on our Mindbody payment platform.<\/li>\n<li>The program, its coaches, and staff are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during training sessions or related activities.<\/li>\n<li>Members are encouraged to consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any physical training program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Program Modifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Rossetti Basketball reserves the right to modify schedules, session availability, or coaching staff as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes to the program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Privacy Policy<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal information collected during membership enrollment will be used solely for program-related purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Rossetti Basketball will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Termination of Membership<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Membership may be terminated by the program for non-compliance with these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<li>In cases of termination, members will not be eligible for refunds of any paid fees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Acknowledgement &amp; Acceptance<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>By enrolling in the Rossetti Basketball membership, members confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terms &#038; ConditionsMembership Overview The Rossetti Basketball membership provides access to professional coaching and training sessions that are designed to enhance basketball skills and performance.
